How long will the scanning of my property take to complete?

We estimate approximately 1 hour per 1000 sqft of space scanned.

How are the scans done at the property?

To build your virtual space, we will choose a starting location for the first scan and then move the camera approximately 5-8 feet at a time while staying within sight of a previous scan location. The camera will rotate in each position to capture an HD 360° panoramic photo and spatial data.

What should I do to prepare my space for scanning?

Please have the property cleaned and de-cluttered before your appointment. It should be staged and in "open-house" condition. Remember, the camera rotates 360° and captures the entire area.

When can I expect to receive my virtual tour? 

After the scans of your property are complete, we deliver all assets of the Standard Virtual Tour Package within 24-48 hours and the Schematic Floor Plans and HD Photography within 48-72 hours.
